November 13, 2017 snow is coming!!!!

WOOOOO really excited to start getting to Tahoe.  I love to work while I'm rolling on the bus thanks to the most amazing company www.bayareaskibus.com and I've had the most amazing quality winter life since being able to rock all the pow days and allllllllUH dat!! Who thought advertising audits in san francisco were in such dire need?  So nice to enjoy the freedom of just straight out calling bullshit when I see it- of course I have to do it with tact as you don't know WHO sold the bullshit originally, etc. 

Thanks for all my new clients- really having a blast with the projects- seems like the first order of business is to save money- and at 250 a month it's easy to start right off killing something and being like "ok there now you're saving 250 a month AND you have me watching over the numbers".  I'm so thankful for the trust and being able to manage these clients well beyond the original scope.  It's more about seeing a bigger picture now and with so many company leaders stuck in a groove of massive work weeks and lack of fresh ideas, we're breaking the mold over and over and giving people their life back.  How nice is it to make MORE money and have LESS stress?  Epic that's how.

Tahoe meetings anybody?  I'm setting up a lead group to go to Tahoe with me in the next couple of weeks- think of it as a think tank on the mountain where inebriates complete the think tank along with a bowl of chili at day end LOL.  I LOVE MY LIFE

KONK Advertising Audits November 2, 2017

KONK ADVERTISING AUDITS in San Francisco, CA is officially fully in growth mode and my head is spinning.  I know for a fact that my initial phase of this company has been designed with a cap in mind, thereby assuring the productivity remains stellar and my ability to invest what I've pulled in will allow for a completely focused 2nd phase.

As I reach out to clients, it's completely different considering every factor in my approach has changed.  That's due very much to the fact that I'm representing myself and my company and the vision that comes with it.  More importantly however, and clearly more relevant especially as the months progress; is the fact that I'm more and more enjoying truly connecting with people.  The time I took setting things up and meditating, voraciously reading everything on spirituality and ancient wisdom and past/present connections- you know, that really super deep stuff that just blows your brain to pieces.  I love it when I'm in the midst of learning some concept or insight and it's so intense I just sit back for a minute and think "DAMN!!" while my mind just spins.  That kind of learning can only come from living life and understanding yourself.

One thing I'm finding over and over- is that it's not difficult for me to prove my value to my clients.  I've always believed the relationship was paramount- that a client was buying ME far more than anything else, and with that trust comes an amazing amount of power.  Most of what I do now is to simply provide answers and education to my clients.  It's like there are these little envelopes of money tucked around everywhere and I'm the guy who's kicking over the boxes.  And all with positive intent- for the clients as well as the companies they may be adjusting or terminating relationships with.  There are always positive spins and ways to get something to provide a win/win, and I really enjoy figuring out what the tipping point is.

So as usual, this post is about GRATITUDE but also about the continued understanding that everybody I reach out to is a piece of me since we are all part of one huge collective.  A wise man once said "imagine every person as an infant child".....man that is DEEP.  So with every cold call, meeting, introduction or rejection- I'm celebrating the blessing to be a part of it all.  Here's to a great November of auditing sales budgets and company strategy to create a better situation for all involved. 

Advertising Audits in San Francisco, CA- WOW

Well I'm not gonna lie, I'm having some fun making people nervous.  However, I'm not out to badmouth, call shot, shadow companies to see if they are doing what they say they will- oh wait yeah I am doing that part.  It's amazing how well received my company has been- especially since I charge a very fair and low fee, with the main intention of helping my clients.  Honestly what's it all for if I'm not making somebody's life better in some way?  It's the Golden Rule I try to live by, and it's a life's work always reminding me to pass on to others.

My goal before everything is to show ROI- if a given client is paying me 250 a month they don't want it going to waste.  Just my presence at meetings, I've found, will stop a prospect from going after a client with some stupid proposal that's way out of the normal cost.  It's fun because I'm protecting my clients, doing my own thing, and learning SO MUCH.  Always learn, always improve, and never settle.  Neural Plasticity has been a big topic of discussion lately, so I'm all about learning stuff I don't know!

So when I approach a client about their advertising investments, my main goal is just to start by collecting the general picture and then dialing in on the specifics.  You can't even imagine how often clients look at me- blank face- when I say "how many brand new customers did you have this week?" And all the questions that stem from that are the same "did you send them a thank you?" blah blah it's all really easy stuff.  Nobody has the time- and SF is the epicenter of busy people and money spilling everywhere.  I'm a napkin :)

SO grateful for the love I receive, the people that are truly grateful and drive my growth- thank you all.  Love your life people- it's pretty amazing what's out there for us if we just imagine it and take the steps.

Konk Advertising Audits SO FUN June 2017

I am just gushing with gratitude and fun and purpose and everything that I wanted it's just been amazing.  Not going on a religious rant either but pray pray pray.  Meditate.  Attract- spend plenty of time picturing exactly what your dream life entails and assume it as real because it already is.  Manifest everything, although "audit everything" is the tag line of MY company but it's certainly become a much deeper thing just as I anticipated.  Beyond business, the relationship, the people and birthdays and stories and ways that we are all connected and have so much to share and give to one another and the reward of that lifestyle and behavior is just so immense and I'm so thankful, truly GRATEFUL every day that I've just been floating on it.

A LONG way to go of course- setbacks will occur but I'm always in control of how I react and what I envision.  As this company grows and I visualize it's bigger impact- I'm just having a blast.

April 2017 spring is in the air

Well things have been going just as awesome as I could hope for.  I have no doubt entered a new dimension of my life, one in which I have the drive and confidence and resources to be on my own again, after learning so much coming up the ladder in the Digital Media Advertising realm and the rest has been history.  It's the ole "if you love what you do you won't work a day in your life!" thing, and while there is some truth to that, the real joy is in the freedom to create my strategy from A-Z as I see fit, feeling the sting of failure and the joy of winning.

Living in San Francisco has been like truly moving home, to a home I didn't know waited for me, with boundless opportunity and amazing people to meet and network with.  I feel so truly blessed and grateful for all of you that have placed your trust in me- and thanks in advance to the many more to come :)

The GLORY of LIkes, Follows, and shares!!

As I'm doing my back end work for my new company I'm realizing more and more how much we all appreciate likes on our pages especially (I mean it's nice for photos and stuff too but the page is where it's at)

I've noticed you meet a lot of interesting people by simply clicking like, or follow, or share, you know the drill.

So can ya'll do that for me?  I'm honestly helping- truly HELPING company owners by weeding out the con men, making sure they aren't paying for things you can get for FREE on the internet, which is one of the biggest ways owners are scammed out of advertising budget.  And even THOSE companies charge way more than the 250 I will.

I'm thankful that most of my clients ask me to do other things to- once I prove I'm making them money!!  Can you please share this or go to my site and leave me a comment?  I really want to hear from you- and possibly hand you a big sack of money, or free advice at the very least.
