November 13, 2017 snow is coming!!!!

WOOOOO really excited to start getting to Tahoe.  I love to work while I'm rolling on the bus thanks to the most amazing company www.bayareaskibus.com and I've had the most amazing quality winter life since being able to rock all the pow days and allllllllUH dat!! Who thought advertising audits in san francisco were in such dire need?  So nice to enjoy the freedom of just straight out calling bullshit when I see it- of course I have to do it with tact as you don't know WHO sold the bullshit originally, etc. 

Thanks for all my new clients- really having a blast with the projects- seems like the first order of business is to save money- and at 250 a month it's easy to start right off killing something and being like "ok there now you're saving 250 a month AND you have me watching over the numbers".  I'm so thankful for the trust and being able to manage these clients well beyond the original scope.  It's more about seeing a bigger picture now and with so many company leaders stuck in a groove of massive work weeks and lack of fresh ideas, we're breaking the mold over and over and giving people their life back.  How nice is it to make MORE money and have LESS stress?  Epic that's how.

Tahoe meetings anybody?  I'm setting up a lead group to go to Tahoe with me in the next couple of weeks- think of it as a think tank on the mountain where inebriates complete the think tank along with a bowl of chili at day end LOL.  I LOVE MY LIFE

KONK Advertising Audits November 2, 2017

KONK ADVERTISING AUDITS in San Francisco, CA is officially fully in growth mode and my head is spinning.  I know for a fact that my initial phase of this company has been designed with a cap in mind, thereby assuring the productivity remains stellar and my ability to invest what I've pulled in will allow for a completely focused 2nd phase.

As I reach out to clients, it's completely different considering every factor in my approach has changed.  That's due very much to the fact that I'm representing myself and my company and the vision that comes with it.  More importantly however, and clearly more relevant especially as the months progress; is the fact that I'm more and more enjoying truly connecting with people.  The time I took setting things up and meditating, voraciously reading everything on spirituality and ancient wisdom and past/present connections- you know, that really super deep stuff that just blows your brain to pieces.  I love it when I'm in the midst of learning some concept or insight and it's so intense I just sit back for a minute and think "DAMN!!" while my mind just spins.  That kind of learning can only come from living life and understanding yourself.

One thing I'm finding over and over- is that it's not difficult for me to prove my value to my clients.  I've always believed the relationship was paramount- that a client was buying ME far more than anything else, and with that trust comes an amazing amount of power.  Most of what I do now is to simply provide answers and education to my clients.  It's like there are these little envelopes of money tucked around everywhere and I'm the guy who's kicking over the boxes.  And all with positive intent- for the clients as well as the companies they may be adjusting or terminating relationships with.  There are always positive spins and ways to get something to provide a win/win, and I really enjoy figuring out what the tipping point is.

So as usual, this post is about GRATITUDE but also about the continued understanding that everybody I reach out to is a piece of me since we are all part of one huge collective.  A wise man once said "imagine every person as an infant child".....man that is DEEP.  So with every cold call, meeting, introduction or rejection- I'm celebrating the blessing to be a part of it all.  Here's to a great November of auditing sales budgets and company strategy to create a better situation for all involved.
